Talurit 2mm Copper Ferrule Synthetic Rope Clamps Wire Sleeve Swaging

Essential Tools and Components copper ferrules are used for stainless steel wire rope. They are high-grade quality and are manufactured by Talurit® UK. To use the ferrule correctly when making a loop/strop the wire should be passed through the ferrule and then passed back through the ferrule creating a loop. The wire should be a tight fit but you should be able to pull the wire through to change the size of the loop you have created. Once you are happy with the loop size you have created place the ferrule in the jaw of your crimping tool whether it is a handheld or a hydraulic press. As soon as the jaws from the press or tool touch release the pressure and the loop will be completed. Over the years we have produced thousands of these and we recommend that you turn the ferrule 90 degrees and press it again so you lose the sharp section from the ferrule which is made when the first press is completed.
