Very easy to use simply drill the recommended hole for the size insert, hammer in the body into the material.
The design of the inserts allows for them to be hammered into place and resist pull-out. The flanged head of B-Type inserts prevents splitting of the surfaces and driving the Insert in too far.
Insert Nuts provide a strong, permanent thread for wood and wood based sheet materials
