These clips are one of the types used by BMW to attach the door panels / door cards to the interior of the 3 Series (E90, E91, E92 and E93) as well the 5-Series (E60, E61) and the M6 (E63 and E64). They are also used to attach the boot lid plastic trim liner on the Z4 (E86).

They are also used to secure the EXTERIOR trim on the A pillar that fits on the outside on either side of the front windscreen on Mini One, Clubman & Cooper.

The clip is a high quality part that includes the foam sealing washer used to seal the bodywork and ensure the clip has a firm hold and will not rattle.
