35mm Metal Insulation Discs Tile Backer Fixing Washer + Plasterboard 25mm Screws

 

Tile backer board fixing discs have been specially designed to provide an easy secure way to fix Marmox and Wedi type insulation boards to floor and walls.

 

Designed to anchor insulation material to concrete and masonry substrate materials, usable with a number of screws or bolts.

 

Large diameter head for use with screws to hold insulation material to battens. Also used for ceiling crack repairs.

NOTE: Once installed, the head of the fixing should be taped and sealed to avoid any contact with wet plaster. Failure to do so may result in surface damage.

 

 

For Wood and metal dry-lining framework, used to secure plasterboard to timber stud work.

Sharp point for fast pick-up with coarse thread for a secure hold.

Bugle head reduces the risk of damaging the surface during countersinking.

 

Black Phosphate offers the same protection as Zinc.
