Furniture Connector Bolt Uses
Furniture Connector Bolts are used to join furniture parts together. They are often supplied with flat pack furniture including beds, tables and desks, wardrobes, chests and even chairs.

Furniture connector bolts can be used with end cap nuts, cross dowels or inserts to join furniture parts together.
Insert Nuts are often inserted in the underside of a desk or table top and the frame can then be connected to it using furniture connector bolts. These are available in M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 sizes to match your furniture connector bolts.
Furniture bolt end cap nuts are often used in joining furniture panels together. The bolt will go through the hole in the furniture panel and held in place with a cap nut on the opposite side. Both sides now appear to have a bolt through as the cap nut matches the bolt. The caps are designed to look like the bolts and are available in the same finishes; yellow, black, bronze and zinc. The cross dowels are inserted into a hole in the side of the panel and the turned with a screwdriver so the hole lines up with the hole in the end of the panel.
